Wine glasses
A wine glass should match the wine it serves — the right shape draws out the full flavour and bouquet. It can also simply be beautiful: an elegant accent that suits the occasion, the interior and the people around the table.
KROSNO wine glasses
KROSNO wine glasses come in a range of capacities and silhouettes, in modern and classic designs alike. The offer spans our signature handmade glasses, stemware in fine Crystalline glass, and casual glass for everyday use. You will find timeless shapes and geometric forms, expressive patterns and pure, clear glass — and for those who like a bolder table, coloured wine glasses.
For red and for white
The range covers glasses for red wine, from light to full-bodied, and for white — aromatic or matured in oak barrels. There are shapes for rosé and for heavier dessert wines too. As a rule, larger bowls suit red wines, while smaller glasses serve whites best. Choose for the occasion, too. Classic or contemporary stemware suits every day; crystal wine glasses belong at grand celebrations and family holidays; decorative designs are a frequent choice of newlyweds for the wedding table. Every glass in the range is made from the finest glass.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PREPARE AND DELIVER AN ORDER?
Products with a standard lead time are generally dispatched the same or the next working day. Selected products take longer to prepare for dispatch; that lead time is shown on the product page. Delivery within Poland usually takes 1–2 working days from dispatch.
HOW IS THE GLASS SECURED DURING TRANSPORT?
As a maker with many years of experience in producing and shipping glass, safe delivery is a priority for us. Every parcel goes through several stages of protection — from product quality control, through careful picking and packing, to secure transport with trusted couriers. Products are arranged and secured inside the packaging so that they cannot move in transit. Every parcel is insured as well. If damage still occurs despite our packing standards, you have 7 days to report a claim. We send replacements as quickly as we can, at our cost.
HOW TO CARE FOR GLASS SO THAT IT RETAINS ITS SHINE FOR AS LONG AS POSSIBLE?
To keep glass clear, bright and looking its best, it is worth reading the care guidelines linked below. Before first use, wash the piece in lukewarm water with a mild detergent, then dry it with a soft cloth. In everyday use, avoid sudden changes of temperature. Do not heat glass above 60°C or chill it quickly. Avoid differences greater than 35°C. Never use these products in a microwave, an oven or a freezer. If a piece is dishwasher safe, choose a glassware programme and use mild detergents and rinse aids. Load the items so that they do not touch. When the cycle ends, take the glass out and let it dry naturally. Larger pieces such as carafes, vases and cake stands are best washed by hand.
ARE ALL PRODUCTS DISHWASHER SAFE?
Not every product is dishwasher safe. You will always find this information on the product page or on the packaging. The symbol there shows whether a piece is suitable for automatic dishwashers. In most cases, undecorated glassware can go in the dishwasher.
DO YOU OFFER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
You may return an order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To withdraw from the contract, send us an email at e-sklep@khwycmsheuel.shop or a letter to the Seller's address — no special form is required. Once you have notified us, return the product within 14 days, packed securely for transport. The cost of return postage is borne by the customer, unless the applicable regulations state otherwise.
WHAT MAKES HANDMADE GLASS DIFFERENT FROM MACHINE PRODUCTION?
Hand-formed glass is made by experienced master glassmakers who have carried the craft forward for generations. Each piece owes much to human work — from shaping the form to giving it its final character. That is what makes hand-formed glass distinctive, finely detailed and unlike anything else. Every piece has an individual character and a value of its own, while remaining remarkably consistent. Machine production relies on advanced glass-forming technology that delivers high precision, repeatability and efficiency, using top-class machinery. At Krosno Glass we use Blow-Blow technology, which allows us to create elegant pieces of consistent quality. We also use the finest premium lead-free crystal, which gives perfect clarity and durability, and resists clouding.
